This will give you an idea of how Pace control works, with its ease of use and simplicity of understanding, Pace control will act as an indicator to your individual work pace perception

Here are ten sample assessments for your pace perception check, six visual and four kinestetic, it should take about 10 minutes.

These are examples from our library covering work pace assessments using Pace control visual perception and Pace control kinestetics in written script, limb movements, body motions and mental and physical dexterity

When you assess an activity, use a number.

In your opinion, when you see a competitive work pace,  score it at 100.

If you assess an activity, which is, in your opinion, below the competitive work pace then deduct points. Score , for example 95,90,85,80,75,70 and so on, the lower the work pace, the lower the score .

If you assess an activity, which is, in your opinion, above the competitive work pace then add points. Score , for example 105,110,115,120,125,130 and so on, the higher the work pace, the higher the score

Assessments 1 to 6 will check your perception of how you 'see' a work pace. Assessment 7 to 10 will check your perception of how you physically 'feel' a work pace.
