Why do I need to take this test and gain this Certificate qualification

To gain this world class skill and technique demonstrates your capability on assessing a competitive work pace performance. It is no longer a personal opinion issue, you will have the reputation and credibility of being professionally trained to judge work pace.

What if I dont reach the accuracy required to gain Certification the first time

I would be very suprised if you did reach Certificate accuracy the first time. Because everyone is different and we all 'see' and judge competitive work pace at various levels , it will take two or three attempts to gain the accuracy required, but dont worry , after each pace submission you will receive a perception profile and mentoring information to guide you in re-calibrating your thoughts and assessments

How long does the skill last for

The skill will never leave you and you will never look at the pace of an activity the same ever again. You will never loose the skill but you will loose the accuracy after a year. After this time your skill level will drift and you will need to re-calibrate your perception by retaking the test each year. This adds to your credibility, that your ability is well maintained and accredited by an external authority

Is Pace control only suitable for manufacturing management

Pace control is suitable for all industry sectors, remember we are assessing the competitive work pace of body movements and limb movements, so the videos we use are merely an example of movements, what you are moving is slightly irrelevant. Industry sectors such as local government, warehousing, retail, hotel and leisure, finance, transport and logistics, healthcare and education are all suitable.
